About Prudence Wallet

What it is

Prudence Wallet is a personal spending tracker. You record your purchases, or connect accounts to bring them in, and the app helps you rank each one from Essential to Wasteful. You can then see where your money really goes and what cutting back could save.

It is not a bank, a payment service or a crypto wallet. It never holds, sends or moves money, and it never asks for your bank or card login details.

Who makes it

Prudence Wallet is built and run by Opeyemi Ayoola in London, United Kingdom. It is currently in testing with a small group of users in the UK and Nigeria.

Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and the site is served only over HTTPS. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited, and the service is monitored around the clock for outages and suspicious activity. Any account connections are read-only.
